Anandi took up social work quite some years ago but I think I've never seen her working with a proper team.
Of-course she got some backing from Dadisa, Bhairon and later Shiv but doing team work, utilizing the different skills of her unit would definitely have improved...
Shiv himself was a civil servant hence Anandi didn't have much problem previously and could comfortably manage. But things have changed now.
It is not that Anandi can't work on her own but the field she chose is very challenging and if she wishes to go far she has to walk together.
I think there will be people like her interested in social work and willing to give their best. Even if any one member is unable to reach in crucial situations other members can cover up and succeed in their mission. Also it is very important to have members of either gender. Most of us know why!
They can go in teams and work on eradicating social evils rather taking individual risk. I'm not saying there won't be any risk if you work in teams but at-least the risk can be minimized and such situations can be dealt smartly.
