It's not like our female stars work less in a movie! They too put on a lot of effors!

Should't they be given an amout equal to about the males?

BW is male dominated industry thqte why they get more money than female.

No...the one who brings more business would get paid more...You can't expect Salman and Sonam to be paid the same for PRDP ...do u?? 99.99% of the people will watch PRDP because of Salman...why should he be paid same as Sonam then...

Same way..if Tiger and Katrina are working together...Kat will be paid more because she will bring more business...its simple...pay of any actor is proportional to his/her demand ...
