When ever you have a question they response.. any show like humsafars should have aired were they are open to discussing new ideas...

Truth is Sony will never have the viewership that they crave because of being old fashioned in there approach to marketing etc ...

exactly...i have never watched star plus and this is my first time with sony. I had nevdr watched because all they showed was cid which i find quite idiotic. My experience with sony has been awful and i had also made a promise thagt i would never watch sony again...i'm making sure its a sac type promise by trying my best
to not press sony by mistakdeven..
