We are customers of the channel - If we don't like their product we have a choice - stop buying it.

If there are no takers they will either repair the defect in their product or take it off the market

Whether they want to repair it or take it off the market is their choice and not the customers' choice

At the end of the dark tunnel, there will be some light.

We want to escape our real lives and watch a dream world.

The harsh realities sometimes make us stronger to face life.

I always hope. Hope gives strength to face realities.

i already bought the product 3 years back, invested a lot of my emotions in it. I totally have a choice to ask them to get it repaired for my satisfation..I totally have a choice to refuse to take their nonsense lying down. Whether they give in or not is upto them...but I won't stop. That's it. Everybody has a choice. And we make our own choices.
