and i agree that neil gave her a reality check and that abhi doesn't love her, but i don't think pragya really knows this yet. she's having negative thoughts but those will be wiped away when he reappears. moreover she's believing due to hearsay...not due to abhi actually telling her so.

and tia i think you're right, they want to show her going low so that the rescue has more impact...but that just sets her up for a harder fall later on.

just saw donny's SBS update!

abhi explains to pragya about marrying tanu

pragya silently accepts it...agrees to divorce, she will handle daadi, tell everyone they didn't suit

abhigya live their last few weeks/months as friends, cheerful roommates

the last festival before she leaves is rakhi

so after all their paperworks are signed, to show that she 'appreciates all abhi has done for her' and to indicate how she thinks of him, she wants to tie rakhi on him 'because you've done more for my protection and my family's wellbeing than any man, like the brother i never had'

and abhi is confused because he doesn't know what he feels for her. all these months she's been...definitely not a sister...not a friend exactly...not a lover

but...a partner. and now she's leaving.

yeah but i don't know it well enough to compare/contrast the love stories. sorry!

edit: but NOT fast forward. nope. he has softer feelings for her now but it was a cranky, CRANKY road.

you guys know i hate the drunk MMS abhi-tries-to-touch pragya scene. YHM had a scene like that a month prior and it was...well. i didn't hate it as much but it was at least as bad.
