In their November 2005 issue, Empire Magazine published a list of 54 must-see movies this winter, and not surprisingly, Goblet of Fire made the list. A few new quotes from Producer David Heyman are included in the print article. Heyman said, "There's more effects and action than ever before."
The humour level is being upped with additional misfits, including new teacher, "Mad-Eye" Moody (Brendan Gleeson) and the franchise's first British Director, Mike Newell.
"That is something I have been very keen on about Mike," says Heyman. "He has really focused on what is funny in that very British idea of growing up in a boarding school." And that enclosed mixed-sex situation means one other horror to contend with: girls, in the shapely form of young wizardette Cho Chang (newcomer Katie Leung). "Yes, Harry is certainly growing up," laughs Heyman.
