Should stray dogs be sent to Korea?

Coming back to the topic of debate:

1. This stray dog issue is really immensely serious issue
2. But in a country like India where the family planning operations are not implemented to humans....how is it possible to control the birth rate of stray dogs
3. Consider the recent events,Stray dogs in some cities like Bangalore,Hyderabad killed some considerable number of small children and bit hundreds of people
4. Though killing of the stray dogs by the government authorities..seems to be inhuman....cruel....that is the only practical way...
5. People like Maneka Gandhi,Amala are agaist killing the stray dogs....we need to understand their POV and collect all the dogs and leave them in their houses😊
6. Its really tragic to see the state of the parents who lost their children because of stray dogs....in some areas of Bangalore..the dogs were like Hounds of Baskervillie😕
7. Regarding sending them to Korea is a costly affair..some of the NE people also eat them😊
