I am a silent reader of this forum.
I just want to inform about about trp.
trp counts only in India. The trp which comes every week is counted from India from every Hindi speaking states.
Even sout side is also not counting ( I doubt they take Bangaloor and Hyderabad as there is Hindi speaking and Hindi Channels are prominent)

based on TRP they get AD revenue,more trp more money.

In out side india telecast,they have getting different revenue and I do not know how that is.But the main source of their income from India only.
There is no add in online and some other reason,online viwers not calculated as very few money they gets from net for respective website,I guess., sometimes free in online
