Episode begins where it left off yesterday…Pari's with Dadaji, who's still saying that it all boils down to just one painful reality – that once the Chairmanship is announced, all his children will go their separate ways, and he'll be left all alone…Pari smiles, and says – Dadaji, should I tell you something? When I first took on this yagya, I prayed to Ramji that the bond of love I tie this family with, should be so strong that at the end of it, none of them should want to cut loose, and go away…Ramji has been by our side through so many trials and tribulations…let's just hope that his blessings remain with us, in achieving this end too…
At the Mehra residence, Ria is in her room, counting out money for the month, when Khushi comes in with a small metal box in her hands…she hands it to Ria and tells her that the contents of this box are all she could manage to save in these months…Ria opens it while Khushi looks really sad and guilty…Ria exclaims – "bas itne hi?!!"…but contrary to what Khushi thinks, Ria's words are not of reproof or disappointment…they actually come from a sense of pleasant surprise…Ria tells Khushi that this is not just enough, but is more than enough…she understands how Khushi's worked hard to save up this kind of money…traveling by bus instead of taxi, sometimes even walking it, doing overtime at her workplace, skipping meals at work to save food money…basically she's worked her butt off in conserving as much as she could, and it has paid off really well…Khushi tells Ria to give Rohit the money, but not to tell him who's given it, coz if he knows that she's behind it, he probably won't even touch it…Ria smiles a very teary smile, and says to Khushi – bhabhi, aap achhi hi nahin, bahut achhi hain…!" and they hug each other…Khushi, equally teary-eyed, tells Ria that she's just glad that she's being able to help out Rohit, and being able to play some sort of role in pulling off Ria's marriage without any hitches…she says – and anyway, you're going to leave this house soon…but I'll really miss you Ria…! …she hugs her again…Ria, it's pretty obvious, will miss her just as much…Khushi promises her that she'll send her to her sasural properly and happily…she tells her to study now, coz she's got an exam tomorrow…and with that, she leaves the room, still quite emotional and weepy…
Back at Parashar house, Dadaji is sitting in the main hall and Pari's just beginning her way down the stairs when Sameer appears out of thin air, and practically runs into the room…Pari slows down to see what's going on…oh, and by the way, her tummy's protruding full on now…Sameer sits down and asks Dadaji – Dadaji, you keep saying that it's wrong to lie, right? Would you say that fooling somebody, and telling only half-truths – with one thing at heart and another on tongue – isn't that tantamount to lying too??…Dadaji, albeit a little puzzled, agrees…Sameer then says that in that case, he'd like to update Dadaji on something…he says that the entire family is putting up an act before Dadaji, just to impress him with their false love and concern, so that he grants the Chairmanship in their favour…so according to Gyani Sameer Baba, the Parashar family, apart from him, is a bunch of lying, cheating baboons…but not him, mind you…he can't do all this crap…he can't lie to someone's face just to impress them and make them think that he loves or even likes them…he's more of the I-don't-like-you-and-it-shows-on-my-face kind…he's been putting himself through this for his parents for so long, but now he's had just about enough…he doesn't want to stay in this crappy house…his life is out there in the US, not here, with a band of idiots…he requests Dadaji to get the whole thing over and done with, so that he can go back where he belongs…with that, he leaves Dadaji looking thoughtful, and Pari, rather sad…
Danima and Ishana are on their way to Pari's house for her 8th month pooja…oookaayy…and so, they decide to happily skip two entire months this time…weird…anyway, they're making sure they've remembered to take everything with them, when Danima realizes that they've forgotten to take sandals for Pari…she asks the driver to stop at the nearest shoe-shop…needless to say, they land right in front of the shop where Khushi works…they enter the shop with happy, glowing faces, but go pale as soon as they set eyes on the salesgirl there…Khushi spots them, and smiles with joy…she gets up to greet them, and asks them how come they're here…Danima, who's still looking quite shaken up, asks Khushi if this is where she works…Khushi confirms it, and says that if she had listened to Danima and payed even a little attention in her studies, she would have managed a better job than this…but she goes by what Danima always says – that no work is big or small…the only thing that matters is how hard you work for it…and for her, work is worship…she says that she hopes Danima doesn't feel let down…but Danima, now with tears glistening in her eyes, says that today, Khushi has given her yet another reason to hold her head high, and be proud to say that this is my grandchild…they hug, and Khushi says that she'll help them pick out a sandal for Pari…no high heels, right? Danima tells her that in this condition, flats will have to do…Khushi smiles and says that she'll come to the pooja…but she'll be a little late, coz she's only taken half-day leave…full day would have meant a deduction from her salary, which is something she can't afford under her circumstances…Danima smiles, and they get on with the sandal choosing…
Back at Parashar house, the arrangements for the pooja are being made…Kamya is on an organizing spree, ferreting out orders to anyone who will listen…in fact, she's the most animated and excited looking person in the entire room…soooo sweet…Nirmala is watching all this with a smile…Sanjay comes up to her and asks her if he can nick some of the food before the pooja begins…Nirmala tells him to do no such thing, coz if he does, then he'll be known by the soon-to-arrive baby as "Chatore Chacha" for the rest of his life…hehe…Sanjay says that he was just joking…he's just not being able to contain the joy of becoming a dada now…and Nirmala will be the prettiest dadi too, he says…
Upstairs, Pari is getting ready for the pooja in front of the mirror when Saumya arrives from behind her and says – "arey wah…sooooo cute, meri golu, molu, rolly, polly mommy…"…hehe…Pari giggles too…Saumya says that he can't wait anymore…he's very restless to be a father now…how much longer?? Pari says that it's not too long now…he says that he's even beginning to feel jealous of her…when she asks why, he says he's envious of the fact that Pari can actually feel their baby, while he can just stand back and let her do her thing…not fair…Pari smiles at him, and he says that he can't wait to hold his baby…he bends, looks at Pari's belly and says – suna? Mere googli woogli, mushu wushu baby??! Hehe…Pari giggles and says that now she'll have to take care of two babies…Saumya thinks she means twins, and begins to demand why she didn't tell him, when she claps her hand on her forehead and says – ab mujhe yeh bhi samjhana padega…!! …she says that one baby is the one in her womb, and the other is standing right in front of her…they smile, and set off together into the main hall…
He supports her down the stairs…in the main hall, all the arrangements are complete, and the entire family's there…all faces present there are brimming with joy, except Shelly's, who looks as sour as ever, and Sameer, who just looks this is the last place he wants to be on the planet…Kamya and Ishana help Pari sit down on the seat arranged for her, and the ceremony begins…Saumya's recording the whole thing on camera, and is grinning from ear to ear…first, Kamya gives her her gift and blesses her…then Nirmala gives hers, blessing her by saying that she hopes Pari blossoms and remains hale and hearty all her life, and gives birth to the cutest baby ever…when Shelly comes in her turn, she actually manages a wonky sort of half-smile, and blesses Pari by placing her hand on her head…Ishana brings her gift, and asks Pari for the Bua's neg…Pari hands her her gift, and says that along with these gifts, she's also going to bless Ishana today, that very soon even Ishana has a god-bharai ceremony like Pari's having now…Ishana blushes, and backs away…everyone's all smiles…even Kamya bares her teeth for a change…Vijay's happy too, unbelievably…Sameer just stands halfway up the staircase…I guess that's the best he could do, standing as far away from them as possible without leaving the room…
Just then, Rangeela clears his throat and calls for attention…he switches on the music system, and increases the volume to give the atmosphere a dance party twist…everybody's delighted with this idea, and begin to dance without any further ado…Pari's helped up, and everybody starts dancing, except Vijay and Shelly…Sameer's still standing where he was throughout the ceremony…if anyone were to ask him to join the celebration, he seems like he'd rather jump off the balcony than hop about the way these people are hopping right before his eyes…just as he's beginning to wish he were in some distant land, away from such embarrassing sights, Saumya comes up the stairs and grabs his arm to call him down…Sameer jerks it off, but Saumya smiles calmly and goes back down…finally even Vijay and Shelly are pulled into it, and everybody except Sameer is dancing in a circle around Pari , who sends a humble prayer upto God that may this family smile forevermore like it is now…
At night, Dadaji's sitting in his room, remembering various incidents since the culmination of their Yagya…Saumya's change of heart with respect to Sameer…Kamya' concern for Pari…Shelly and Vijay's involvement in today's celebrations, etc…he gets up, picks up the phone and dials one of the members of the board of directors of his company…he apologises for calling so late, but he's reached a decision regarding the chairmanship, and wants to share it with him…just then, Sameer passes by the door, and stops in his tracks at the mention of chairmanship…Dadaji says that he's reached the decision that the new chairman of Parashar Group of Industries, will be his grandson – Saumya Parashar…Sameer's face turns an ugly shade of purple in fury…the episode ends with something beyond anger and hatred dripping from every corner of his face…
Hey guys…nice episode, again…and fast, again…! It was very nice to see everyone so happy for a change…the way Saumya said – meri golu molu rolly poly mommy….soooooo cuuutee! And Dadaji's decision come as no big surprise…I just hope Sameer doesn't try to sabotage Saumya in some way…though I'm sure Vijay will be twice as furious at this decision…coz I think Sameer's not half as upset about losing the chairmanship, as he is furious about the fact that he lost it to Saumya, of all people…let's see what tomorrow has in store…!😃
