I think twins truth should have been revealed to Aahil awhile ago, especially since Billi even knew about them. Things may have been played out different but I don't think that would've saved Rehan's life though. Billi still would have wanted all of Aahil's money and property and still would not have wanted him finding out that it was her who killed his father.
Billi didn't think twice before taking so many innocent lives and we saw Rehan warning her over and over again that if she doesn't stop, she will have to pay for her sins. But she didn't listen and decided to kill Aahil but her own son, Rehan, for whom she claimed she was doing all this for, decided to put an end to her killing spree. He did the first thing he could think of to save an innocent life... He moved Aahil out if the way and sacrificed his own life.
Did Rehan's sacrifice go in vain? Well, it didn't seem like it until witch Sanam brain washed her into putting all the blame on the twins ( very good move by Sanam2 ). She just started playing her cards, she can't have Tanu ruining her plans already. I'm not sure how they are going to move forward with this track, so I'm just going to wait a and watch.
Seher lost the man she loved the most and it's sad that she can't mourn out in the open. Had Aahil known about the twins, this would not have been an issue.

So yea I agree that twins truth should've been revealed to Aahil but I don't think that would've saved Rehan's life cuz that was supposed to be the perfect punishment for Billi.
