Today's episode was a precursor to the V-Day episode. With the way things are going right now, I doubt we'll get YuvAni moments, especially with Yuvraj's aversion to V-Day. Haha.
Suhani seeks comfort: We all knew that suspicious expression Suhani had at the end of the last episode was bullshit and she proved it by rushing into Soumya's arms like steel to a magnet. Of course, Soumya was relieved that she ONCE AGAIN managed to fool Suhani and consoled her. 😆😆 Again, Rajshri did an excellent job with expressing Suhani's fear of death and made us cry for her. 😭😭 I just feel sorry for Suhani that she has NOBODY who actually listens to her and cares. All the people she thinks are close to her are playing her like a flute. She was hiccuping and sobbing about how she might have lost her life, and again,I felt this scene would be more appropriate had Yuvraj been in Soumya's place and doing what he is supposed to do. 😕 Suhani tells Soumya that she wants to spend some time with Yuvraj alone while Soumya eagerly asks her if she can accompany her. Suhani says no and I'm glad Soumya didn't pile on with her.
That was such a predictable scene. We all knew that Suhani was not going to confront her because she is not that smart to catch Soumya's evil intentions but smart enough to get suspicious about his so called friend Ankit just because a stranger called him with some other name.😳 Seriously, give me a break. But yeah, Rajshree do acted well. Her expressions come out really well in such emotional scenes.Next, like any normal human being, she goes to Yuvraj, her HUSBAND to seek comfort and be held in his arms. However, how can we expect such human qualities from Prince Jerk-raj? 😡 She was again narrating how thankful she is to Soumya for saving her and today, she proved herself Suhani's BFF. Suhani tells Yuvraj how all his bitching about Soumya had started to affect her and she had begun thinking that she had lost her best friend, but today, she realised Soumya loves her just like before. 😳 In an attempt to protect Suhani's feelings, Yuvraj covers for Soumya by saying her past had made her irritable. I hope he was just saying it and did not mean it. The most disappointing moment was the part where Suhani puts her head on his shoulder and grabs his arm for comfort and Touch-me-not Jerk-Raj pulls his hand out. 😡😡 WTH! Okay guys, it's not even about love right now. If a person who you consider a friend almost died and seeks physical comfort, it wouldn't KILL you to give them that. It's about basic humanity and actually, HE should have been the one seeking her out to console her and holding her to his heart because he was scared of losing her. It was just inhuman, I'm sorry. I'm glad our Suhani Devi asked him why he did that and he bluffed that it was because her hands were dirty. They then had one of their usual 'Saawre' moments which failed to make any impact on me. 🥱 It means nothing if you've just pushed her away moments back.That one scene really made me puke with disgust. I don't understand Yuvraj's attitude. How could he be so cold and inhuman. Dude, your wife was molested and then she nearly escaped death, please atleast show some respect and concern. Itna to koi stranger b kisi k liye karega. The CVs are making me dislike Yuvraj's character with each passing day.🤢 I don't know what he is feeling and what's going on in his mind right now but one thing I know for sure is whatever he did is so not going well with the audience. Besides, I feel CVs are a bit confused too. During fish wale episodes, they showed us so many Yuvani moments and almost made us believe that Yuvraj is finally fallin for her but cut to present scenario, everything disappered like with the snap of a finger.
Back to BH and Suhani's V-day plans: The Birlas came back to BH after an exhausting picnic, how ironic. 😆Yuvraj taunted Saurabh about how he anyway is at home all day, so he needn't feel sorry about coming back. Kuch toh sahi bola, Jerk-raj. As usual, Suhani wants to get back to her duties immediately and tells Ramesh she will help him out with lunch. It is Soumya who stops her and tells her she should rest and offers to take over. Of course, Suhani is all like, "No, Somu. You sustained scratches, so you go and rest". Finally, the voice of reason, Yuvraj intervenes and tells them that Ramesh can do it on his own. Wish you said this more often in Suhani's case. 😛 He then asks Suhani if she's fine and Soumya TOO. Huh. Whatever. Suhani then tells Soumya that she wants to discuss some V-Day plans with her and they remember how they fought over Ranbir Kapoor the last year. Gosh! I was so glad they mentioned a guy of their age group. Coincidentally, he's also Yuvraj's doppelganger. Suhani then says how she gave him up because she anyway likes AB and Yuvraj had a big smile on his face. Obviously, you don't want any competitors who aren't at the risk of dying from old age, right Yuvi? 😉 You want your maid all to yourself. 😆 Suhani then says how they're fighting for different men this V-Day and Soumya smiles awkwardly, as if saying, "YOU WISH!". 😆 We got a small MenUj scene where she asks him to go on a date with her but of course, Anuj just doesn't like her. Does anybody feel he's too young to be married? Gosh, he runs from her like Suhani should run from Soumya. He asks her to spell Valentine's Day for him as a challenge and she fails, lol.
I didn't like that Yuvraj-Suhani-Soumya crap. They act like a small happy family. Yuvraj the husband, pampering his two lady loves. All bull shit. Though I liked that small Anuj-Menka scene, reminds me of something personal. last year, I put to challenge a friend of mine this way only when he wished me...lol..😳
Suhani's molester caught: So, they DID follow up on the taxi driver and Prince Jerk-raj tells Suhani that he has been caught and they need to go to the police station to identify him. Suhani is overjoyed and Yuvraj talks about how he will be booked for 'eve-teasing' (wow, I didn't know that's what they called attempted rape nowadays) and said that he won't dare do it to another girl. Obviously, you will only care when it's anybody BUT Suhani in danger. 😆😆Forgive the sarcasm, guys. He then pulls out a pepper spray for her and reminds her of the incident where he saves her from Sharad's goons. Suhani then says that she forgets her pepper spray now because he's usually with her. God. How much trust does she repose in him? 😲 They then joke and smile. Again, this moment did not have their usual romantic vibe for me. It felt like Yuvraj was talking to one of his bros. Suhani has such convos with SaNuj too. My opinion, you can disagree. SoRag are watching from a vantage point and Soumya makes it clear that she wants Suhani out of Yuvi's life, not for Suhani to lose her life. Thank God you had that realisation, girl! I hadn't realised JUST HOW evil Ragini is if she was willing to see Suhani dead. 😲😡I think the CVs have made a mistake by making her out to be SO Evil.
Can I please avoid commenting on that. You know how infuriated I was about all this non-sense. Because whatever I am going to say is definitely not going well with If and they might sensor my post.🤣
Yuvraj and Suhani's differing V-day views: Krishna then daydreams about a V-day he spent with Soumya and we get a flashback moment of them. This means the CVs are not planning to retire him from their team. We got SuRad scene that I liked next. He asks Suhani about her V-day plans and tells her to refrain from sharing them with Somu. Suhani stops for a moment and says that Somu is her friend but Sharad blackmails her by saying she needs to give her bhai some importance in life. Suhani then agrees to his demand, but let's see if she keeps her end of the bargain. At this point, I have to say that Sharad is the SMARTEST and most SENSIBLE character on the show. He wonders how the Soumya who was out to destroy Suhani's life has suddenly rediscovered her childhood affection. 👏👏 Sharad, please lend your Yuvraj bhaiyya some of your intellect.
The last scene was undoubtedly the BEST SCENE of the episode and probably the last 2 weeks, hehe. All the Birla Boys are at the dinner table and Yuvraj makes a comment about how he thinks V-Day is a waste of time and Suhani's face falls when she hears him. Then, Yuvraj asks Suhani to get his wallet from the cupboard and to not turn it into a mess while she does that. He laughs at her expense, as usual. For THE FIRST TIME, Suhani gets angry and asks him to get it on his own in a stern voice. Yuvraj looks shocked and peeved, like a kid who's been denied a chocolate. Yuvraj then asks her to not take it so seriously and get it, but Suhani refuses by saying she has no interest in touching his wardrobe👏👏👏 Thank God, Suhani. You also have some feelings! 😆😆 I think this was the first time she refused him something and his face was worth watching! I hope this is the first of many more such moments.Yes, yes, yes, it's high time Suhani realizes her position in BH. She is not Yuvraj's servant but his wife. And Yuvraj seriously needs a reality check Go Suhani, we are with you.👏
