I do agree with both your viewpoints, @summer 3 and @Poseidon. However, I have heard news making rounds that sheesha/hookah is actually not very harmful and its effects are being exaggerated so that sheesha/hookah companies and businesses do not harm the sales of cigarette-producing companies. Have you guys heard of anything along those lines?

Gambling addiction is even worse.These days they have E Cigarettes ( no smoke battery operated) where a small doze of nicotine is taken. Still it is bad.
In fact long distance runners get high just breathing in lots of air.
