Yesterday's episode confused me or to be precise I didn't understand that what CV's want to show by bringing P's family...what I understood is that P's parents reflect what Mahen and his family is...P's mum was continuously giving lectures on being good bahu, wife and mother..what does this mean????

What I understood is that whatever P has been doing, going through is right...and will it encourage P to go back to her old routine??? One thing is sure P's parents are to a great extent responsible for what she is going through...I was really shocked to see her father's response on seeing her...

agree, even i fear this...but on a different note, it may help pratibha realise her own importance for the family and hence try to gain respect

Maybe they are showing the correlation between Pratibha and her parents and where she got the idea of how a marriage should be. After all, children learn from what they see, so during her parents marriage, Pratibha saw how her father treated her mother and thought that it was fine, that nothing was wrong in how he treated the mother because he's her husband and at the same time she saw how her mother reacted towards the father and thought that's how a wife should be.

Pratibha basically is repeating the cycle that she saw at her parents home but hopefully with Pushpa's help she's able to break it.
