Less did we know in the beginning that SAC truly did not have a single soul who showed love care affection to him ever in life ...He was in this house where he held everyone n their needs as his own primary responsibility.
Someone in his life has taught him the value of money n how it matters than anything else..
He turns into a beaten animal n runs behind money to achieve n prove something to an individual who mocked betrayed n called him off a relationship ...
He hates Zeenat now and the reason we see in the precap...
I do believe there is more mystery to meet our eyes than what has been revealed ...but for now the question of : how in the world can a man fall for another girl when his wife is sick is JUST RULED OFF as relationshp itself was to be called off and its unfair to expect loyalty justice from SAC to Zeenat here...He has all RIGHTS to marry another woman love her n lead his own life.
Aarzoo Nausheen Khan
A simple naive girl who enters this man's life with no intentions but then situations leading her to fall for him ...
She decides to back off when she is made aware of his first marriage but then life had some other plans for her - though it was totally unacceptable the way Sahir landed up marrying Aarzoo but we cant deny from then on their relationship has been genuine ...
There has been no fake act from either of them to please each other nor has the man tried to take an advantage of this girl staying with him.
Only hold him responsible for having her in dark about his previous relationship
I would say it takes time and its quite normal for any man to build in comfort n reveal his X status in front of his genuine lover or girl friend or wife ...

Though Aarzoo as a character was weak and is now shown concerned worried about Sahir she is no way a doormat or anywhere toady or a hanger-on !!
It is very easy to hold principles but reality strikes r quite different -
I always use to think - I will fight for my equal rights I will not give up I will hold high my attitude I will always prove am nothing less to the man n so on...
but the time we get into a relationship with all these set behind we get a check n realize with head high we hardly could move on not years/months/weeks but just days ...
Love n life goes happy n smooth with genuine feelings n loyalty from the time u start lives together - Coming through their own highs n lows Sahir n Aarzoo land up intact now
