Why the butterflies :

Today's episode reminded me of the life cycle of a butterfly

the Pupae lying dormant for a long period of time

Seeming dead and innocuous to the world

Suddenly burst into life and we see the "true creature" emerge

The true creature may be a beautiful butterfly or a nasty wasp!!!

And today we saw every one throw off their shrouds and come into their true self...

So, Dadi will come out of her hiding and serve the Kalpwasis as she believes it to be her Dharma

Balivesh came out of his suave sadhu act and showed Maya his hatred of her

Rudra too declared an open war on the Shree Sant Panth...

Of course if last night was all about futuristic gizmo

today it was return to the ancient truths, and to own up to your destiny

It was also about closing old chapters and moving on

The beautiful scene when Rudra does the sanskar of Maimui along with his Dada's

was beautiful, Rudra has laid his Maimui to rest, and the mashan wala bachwa is

now the vengeful Rudra...

The four garudas wear their mantle differently

Charles is in denial, Tiwari treats his being a Garuda as his destiny

Shiva as his responsibility, and Rudra - he still seems unaware of the enormity

of his Garuda Chinha...

So a good episode, more enjoyable, more wholesome and nice and warm...

Good episode and good comparison with the life cycle of a butterfly Arhsi.

We did see the good and the bad showing their true selves. Daadi ready to come out into the open to follow here Dharma of seva. Balivesh was completely out with his hatred of Rudra and Maya. Is Maya even related to them? He and Nanu hate Rudra and his family so much, but how do they plan on using him for their selfish needs? Aage aage samajh mien aayega.

beautiful scene of Rudra letting go of Maimui. Sad also because we may not see Seemaji in Rudra's dreams also now.

how does Dr.Rao plan to use his knowledge about the 7 garuds and Amrit. I thought during their argument, Charles would blurt out about Rudra.

Getting interesting and getting more complicated.

Mahakumbh is already here. So Prof.Rao is quite slow in locating all the 7 garudas, or does he believe they'll find each other. Also, remember when he asks Balivesh for a Sector 51 for research? His research maybe shows that that's where the Amrit shall rise.

He believes that all garudas will be there at the Mahakumbh! He did say something like that.

Ya, maybe sector 51 is the place where amrit will arise.

Another question - when did the Saraswati Kund dry? Clearly when dadaji died, the Kund was intact! So it was after shiva disappeared!

An interesting point - nanu is ready to do anything for immortality, but dadaji, who had access to the Kund, chose to die when his time had come, and not use it to ensure his longevity

I guess that is the difference between shre sant panth and dharma nishtha panth!

This Saraswati Kund drying up event is very confusing. Remember Happy & Shyamala talking much about this.

Yes Daadi said that Dadaji refused to drink the Kund water. She also said that 2 days before Mauni Amavasya Dadaji was attacked. Was Dadaji attacked at the same time when Sivanand was kidnapped? What made the Kund dry up then?

Very good point you made about Dadaji choosing to die when his time came, which is in tune with nature, and Nanu obsessed with immortality. To get there he is destroying everyone and everything. He'll be the only man on the earth and then enjoy his immortality!

BTW aap abhi soye nahin?

The episode was amazing! High point, Animesh's hospitalisation! :) If anyone desrved it for their big headed stupidity it is him!

Balivesh shows his true colors to Maya. What a despicable man! I am happy Rudra is going to tell those men that he knows their truth and he is going to get even!

Charles does not want to accept his Garud destiny. Tiwari has always knows he was one and obviously embraces it! Nice scene with Dadi and Rudra where he performs the rights for his Dada and MauMui.

Great post as always. Maya finally gave it back to Balivesh and I was happy to see that!

Beautiful analogy Arshi! Except not all the butterflies here are very pretty!!😆

That scene with Dr Rao and Charles & Tiwari - did you get the sense that the Dr is a Garud? I know he kept his coat on 😛 But the departing Charles said words to the effect "tum donon ko Khaas Maksad ki mubarak ho" Maybe it doesnt mean much but it's my pet theory that the Doc is the last Garud 😊

A good episode with no big revelations.

I might sound cynical but I am not liking the use of Shlokas in this serial. The 'gange cha yamune chaiva' used during tarpan is a daily-use mantra while taking bath or doing puja. Has no connection to the ritual being performed here. And Surekha ji aced it with her pronounciation.

Again, the hindi free verse used during that Rudra-animesh duel was awesome. They should highlight these more. If Utkarsh wrote those, he is really a great talent.

Balivesh-Maya scene was too brutal with Maya being dragged into the hospital.

In the first scene, I initially thought Charles was faking ignorance. I thought he doesn't know the significance of being a Garuda but realizes its importance. But later on, it didn't seem like it.

So there are various kinds of Garudas. Scheming ones, inquisitive, immature, naive etc.

Yesterday's was a beauty Arshics. Well what with GR in full form on one side he does the shradh of maimui and his grandfather. The subtle but poignant expressions on his face remembering Maimui and in next scene voila we have our angry young man. With fury unleashed on Animesh. Phew dhisyum dhisyum how much I am loving it 😃😃😃. What a break from daily soaps where we will only see shrieking sounds like bahu and beendini and a bahu who is waiting how to give that teary expression in next scene. Even Maya was fine yesterday when she told her assertiveness she has got it as her legacy when Balivesh shouted at her.

Coming to Charles I was telling Shymaladi I will tell with examples why Charles is a weak Garud. Yesterday proved my hunch was right. He has no sense of purpose. He wants to enjoy the better things in life. And believe me no amound of Garud theory by Dr Rao, Tiwary or even Shiva is gonna make this guy go and save Amrit. He simply does not want to lead a hard life, he wants to enjoy it.

But he will come. Not because he wants to save the great Amrit as Shiva wants it. He wants to save someone else. The person who holds the half of Hamilton Papa. It will be for the friendship with Rudra that will finally make Charles see the larger purpose and his destiny. That friendship, that feeling of heart which Shiva has negated so much will be what that will change the course of the game. Charles is rightly placed Rudra's right hand. He is handicapped without him.
