Nostalgic Sonu Nigam on Indian Idol 3
Sonu Nigam, who was a judge during the first two seasons of Indian Idol, makes an appearance in Indian Idol 3 this week as a guest judge. Expectedly, Sonu felt nostalgic when he came on the sets.

Anuu Maliek, who has been a judge on all three seasons, relived some of the old memories. "I felt very emotional when Sonu came. We remembered the good time we had while shooting for the first two seasons. It is very difficult to tell one particular instance, there are so many of them. Like earlier, he gave appropriate comments to every contestant."
Emon Chatterjee, who was in danger zone last week, got positive feedback from Sonu. Incidentally, many people compare Emon with Sonu. Says Anuu, "Sonu praised Emon a lot. He performed on a song from Sonu's album and it was a really nice gesture on Sonu's part to tell Emon that 'you have sung better than me'."
On the overall episode, Anuu comments, "This was a great episode and the audience will not move for an hour that is for sure. We had great fun on the sets. Sonu was cordial as ever and brought great warmth to the entire set. All of us performed together with Sonu for the first time on the show."
The Sonu Nigam episode will be on air this Friday at 9 pm.
