Indian resources cann't work without being in pressure or edge of wire. Correct statement?

Is that an Indian thing? I am an 11th hour person and both my previous bosses (white) were the same kind.

Dont think so. Some of us plan well in advance and we are very much Indian 😉

Yup! Yup! This generalization just made life easy 😛 😉. Blame it all on the desiness 😆.

On a serious note, I am with everyone. I don't think that is Indian. I am doing my undergrads and I usually find the Indians usually well prepared in advance compared to non-Indians. Same goes for the workplace.
