Why would zeenat be so much after money that she would betray Sahir for it?

Why would Sahir make that promise??

NH is HUGE ...if they had that always then they have always been rich!

If they were in NH when Sahir and zeenat married and if as they have told earlier many times...NH belongs to Sahir...then Sahir was already rich...what was he trying to prove for seven long years??.

And finally..what fight was the servant talking about...zeenat was smiling and tapping her foot to music when she met with her accident,,,with the change of actress have the CVs also forgotten that accident scene..first the mention of blue dress and now this..both wrong...😲.

Or has the servant also been told to lie...and that's why he voluntarily speaks so much to Arzoo...breaking the secrecy rule on zeenat..😲

So many things we have already seen don't match at all with what they are saying now...did we dream those episodes up or are the CVs fooling us now???

Dunno CVs ne humey pehle mamu banaya when they told NH belongs to Sahir more than once ... and told us they were not always rich ... ya ab mamu bana rahey hien by telling us NH belongs to Zeenat and family and they always had it

But frankly zeenat's hunger for money makes no sense if they always had money ... and they themselves clearly showed rehman say the house and business is sahir's

And how did Sahir mortgage everything if it did not belong to him?

Sahir must have been an average happy go lucky guy who became a " GHAR Jamai " for Zeenat n her love ⭐️..uff sounds cringeworthy but sigh .cvs can show anything

To answer your question maybe NH is Alvira's but Saiyarra is Sahir's baby. As per that chart he started it 7 yrs ago as a 2 crore company or rather 7 yrs ago it was a 2 crore company. So it was not big or wealthy enough for Miss I Want More.
Maybe her spendthrift ways resulted in NH being mortgaged once before n Sahir got it back n hence it is now considered his.

I think Sahir was an orphan but perhaps not a very poor one. NH is maybe his own ancestral home. He seems pretty refined and has many princely ways so would be shocked if he grew up in an orphanage and Alvira took him in. Zeenat must have met him at college and trapped him in her love and shifted her whole family, plus KA to NH. Sahir mentioned at some point that Zeenat had a problem with everything, so could be what Sahir had wasn't enough and she wanted him to be richer.

I think Alvira or KA had groomed Zeenat to trap Sahir and now Alvira is after his money for Zaki's security.

Binu...those things they forgot about...but this they are contradicting what they showed themselves!

I mean...all the times when Sahir was mentioned as the decision maker,,the house was mentioned as his...rehman said so too...and most importantly he mortgaged the house for the deal! How could he do that against Alviras wishes if it doesn't belong to him?

As for the ACP he had the family tree but he is barking up the wrong tree with his theories😆.

Anam he doesn't know and Zaki...maybe he doesn't think he has the brains to be so crafty🤣.

Sahir had 2 crore 7 years ago...means he must certainly have had enough to be considered well to do...zeenat must have been one demanding woman to ask for more..and betray Sahir for more!

It's possible that Saiyara was started after zeenat went out of the picture though,,,because Sahir was not a businessman then..! Hence he has built u Saiyara from that time with that promise in mind!

Your theory and my theory are all good but Cvs ki meherbaani...whatever they show...you are right...why do we analyse 😭

She seemed to be totally enjoying herself! No I think they will change the accident scene and it will be different from the flashback we saw...
