KRIPA and her gawaahi- USA epi 8/13

I am watching KYPH reruns on SONY these days. I had never seen the whole show the first time on TV but had seen parts of it online before. I had no idea about this whole Prachi episode. It was a great episode where this woman, Prachi accuses Angad of attempted rape. Kripa is the only eye witness and her gawaahi in court can make or break Angad. Even though, this was a perfect opportunity for Kripa to take revenge from Angad, she was very FAIR to him. Once she found out that Prachi was lying, she helped Angad get aquitted from the charges but at the same time insulted him in court by saying he had come begging to Kripa instead of Prachi, as he wanted her to save his career. Kripa is indeed a very smart and fair woman. I am so glad I saw this episode, otherwise I was always given the impression that Kripa always sent Angad to jail by giving wrong gawaahi. Please comment

You are right Kripa saved him, and it was very wonderfull opportunity for Kripa to took revenge to Angad.
Kripa was honest and very fair lady.
I know so many times she send Angad jail, but always situations got to blame.

Thanx for reminding this that in past Kripa not only send Angad jail, but she also saved him too.
Even in Prithvi case she helped Shabir and Aaliyah too to brought Prithvi reality front of everyone, and saved Angad.

Anyways for me they always was equal in everything 😉 .

That's what Angad understood about Kripa's cleverness when Josh showing his doubts about Kripa's gawaahi...
Angad understood kripa more when he was in repenting mode than when he was in love with her.

You are right Kripa did not send him to jail cause Kripa knew the truth in the knick of time, but in the room where the incident took place she believed Prachi and even in the police station she gave her gawahi, she only changed her mind when she did not see the mark on Prachi's back! Let me just say if she did not see Prachi's back, he would end up in jail!

yeah agree because kripa found out the truth in time for her court gawaahi n other times when she has to testify it went against angad because all the evidence were aginst angad n her so-called friends had deceived her n made angad look like the "real" culprit

i don't believe in blind love, blind faith but anda kanoon yup coz evidence has credibility not emotions, circumstances etc 😆 😆

Yeah, Kripa saved Angad from jail in Prachi's case, she also saved Angad's life from the bomb blast in Jellore.
People tend to forget that!

Also Kripa was the one who finally caught Prithvi red-handed, trying to kill Simone, and that released Angad finally from the accusation of killing Josh.
So ultimately she saved him from jail again!

Although Angad knew Prithvi was the actual murderer, he never tried to prove Prithvi as the main culprit....he just tried to punish Kripa by roo-rooing with Mishti and sending Kripa further into the killer's arms by threatening to break up her marriage.
That was soooo stupid and illogical.....instead of trying to save the woman u supposedly love from the killer shes married, u try to push her further into the killer's arms! 😆 😡

In Josh murder, all evidence was against Angad....THAT IS WHY he went to jail, not because Kripa testified against him.
I know somethings abt Law, and one of them is the testimony of wife or lover is never counted as ultimate truth as it might be colored by personal feelings! 😉
Watch any old Hindi movie----in all of them, wife's testimony is rejected.....for example in Daag (Rajesh/Sharmila/Rakhee) Sharmila's testimony wasnt accepted that Rajesh was trying to save her honor and his life. And he was sentenced to umar quaid for killing the villain!
Kanooon saboot dekhta hai.....and all saboot pointed towards Angad, thats why Shabbir couldnt save him from jail term even after showing him the cell-phone vdo that Angad had arrived at scene of crime after Josh's murder! 😉

Angad was always illogical whenever he was upset with Kripa. Kripa, on the other hand was fair to him even when she had the perfect opportunity to take revenge.Angad got swayed by his emotions more than logic; kripa on the other hand still kept her mind open....that is the difference

Angad went to jail in Josh's murder due to Kripa testifying against him! Oh yeah, lets not forget she went to jail and taunted him too!

Yeah, Krips shd have "sent him to jail" in that 1st Prachi case itself--- he needed to be punished for her baby's death! 😡😆
