The cast and the crew of the TV show, Peterson Hill, shot in the chilly weather of Shimla recently. And guess who turned the official tour guide for actor Rohit Roy? It was Mansi Shrivastav, who plays Shatabdi in the show.
She belongs to Chandigarh, which is two hours from Shimla. During her growing-up years, she frequented the hill station for school picnics and family holidays and hence, felt at home when she went there to shoot. Though Rohit plays the role of a station master, it was Mansi who came to their aid when it came to sightseeing and touring the locality.
She says, "Shimla is my second home, and I am so happy I got a chance to shoot there. It was a challenge to shoot in such weather, but we made sure we had bonfires and fun sessions later. Everyone would ask me about the best places to visit in and around Shimla. After the pack-up, I made sure that Rohit got to see every beautiful spot there."
