Have recent FF awards restored your faith in awards?

Best Actress- Kangana (despite not attending)

Best Actress critic- Alia

Best Actor critic- the ankhon dekhi actor

Best supporting actor- Kay Kay menon

Best supporting actress- Tabu

Best debut male- Fawad khan

Best debut female- Kriti Sanon

Best movie/director- Queen

after ages I am totally satisfied with the winners- couldn't have been better

I lost all hopes in awards especially after the recent screen awards and all but Filmfare this year has brought a little of that faith back.

What about you guys?

Giving Queen best movie, best director n best actress was overkill especially when there was another just as deserving film(PK)...more commercially successful...also critically acclaimed...and had great performances too n just as loved as Queen!

This reminds me of the time when they created a "special award" for Kareena for Chameli and then the following year gave her the best critics actress for Dev which imo was a good performance but not award worthy. They always make all these compromises for star kids - and then just to make it look fair they will reward Fawad over Tiger and give random awards to Ankhon Dekhi lol - I can see right through them. They are still manipulative as hell.

But yeah...the main awards were bang on!

I guess queen was a much better product than pk- it was well deserved
