In sab me se India ki sabse best movie kaunsi hai?....kya lagta hai aapko?....guyz...mere kahne ka matlab hai ke inme se kaunsi movie india ko represent karti hai..............

well it really depends... which India you are talking about....

Present India was strongly portrayed in Rang de Basanti.. the idea of careless youngsters.. who are not at all patriotic... that idea... and the fact that the young generation needs to do something for the country

and then I'd say Mother India.. cuz as far as I remember... it portrayed the idea of sacrifice really well... and the Indian culture....

so either of these two

the other movies I don't feel represent India... but like Mughal-e-azam was amazing.. it's jus that was a love story.. not really about India....

but yeah Rang de n Mum India lol

Tie between Sholay and Lagaan. Rang De Basanti is overrated in my opinion, but still a good movie.

RDB was excellent, after that lagaan is would be my second choice

Mother India - if you want to think abt 60's india and the sacrifice that is inherent in all indians..

RDB and Lagaan - RDB refelects today's youth and the kind of Patriotism that is required from the current gen

and Lagaan is a good one too..
