uma & spain, good work there. i think in serials, we have to expect some illogical actions, to flow with the story else it will not run smoothly. what we have to assume is surya must have been taught some basic computer usage by aathi or someone. things like how to open/shutdown pc and open email and type email address before he did the stakeout.

and uma regarding your question on password, jeeva has mentioned that currently they did not install any security system in their pc thus the email was able to be sent out and thus now after the incident, she has arranged for softwares to be installed for security. so all these while we have to presume that no password was needed to access emails. there, now isn't it easier for us to follow the story 😛
