Last year they gave the award to Dhoom 3. The year before that it was Ek Tha Tiger. And the year before that it was Ra One.

Okay.

But single day collection award seems too much. Award should only be for top grosser overall.

If they are distributing the awards for highest grossing first day and all...Stars ko dena chahiye na award! 😆

But these awards are specifically for box office figures. So I guess it would be incomplete without awarding highest single day collection.

Plus we all know what a big deal single day collections are these days.
