Jun bus we are all confused here. But even if there was a second shooter, how did he manage to shoot Sahir in the chest while he was hugging Arzoo? The goli could be shot only from the back. How did it end up at the front is a big mystery just like Zeenat living in coma without the tubes. 🤣

So seems there can only be one explanation - the sniper is indeed Rajni Sir, hence he was able to shoot the bullet such that it gently whisked by Sahir's left shoulder, and just before Sahir held Arzoo so tightly, the bullet took a swift sharp right and then 180 degree turn and entered via Sahirs chest (that too, where the heart is) ...hence no wounding at the back...

Thank guys...and there was me thinking this was yet another medical blooper... 😉

There is no point in finding logic in fiction shows.

I was confused with the same thought but then figured out our Dr.khurana is all in one specialist who will be able to handle any medical issues in this show and he is the only doc who can pull the bullet from chest even if sahir is shot at his back .
