Very true infact in one of the episodes sanjay leela B also told the same thin that SLB does not have a set of actors who he always works with and that would confine his imagination . With Karan johar his movies have lost that freshness it used to have some 5-6 years back since again n again u see the same combination of star cast and same direction . A creative director wudnt do that ! So Mr Johar lacks creativity ( as already proved by the non sensical KANK ) so has to suck up to big names !!

To all the people who thinks that Karan Johar is doing a social service by calling people like Rakhi and Himesh on KWK: Karan is not doing any social service instead he is just supplying the demand.....people wants to see Rakhi and Himesh more then same people like Rani, Kajol, Amitabh, Jaya and preeti. If he keep calling the same people his show will be damn boring.....so he has to call the hot and happening people......he is not trying one bit to help them or improve there social status.....the answers given by the guests like Himesh and Rakhi and there own and not scripted by Karan Johar.....so how he is helping them.....by calling them he is actually helping himself and increasing the TRP's of his show. he behaved fine he didnt say anything offensive, as for his talent money talks and his movies are blockbusters so how un talented coudl be be. and there are movies MUCH worse then kank, atleast karan tried something different kank coudl have been better porbalem was karan tired to have to both ways he wanted to show people doing something worng BUT make it look like it wasnt wrong, he wanted to play to the commerical and critical side.

oh darling yeah hai india, is one of the worst movies i have ever seen and there are many movie FAR FAR worse then kank.

i think himesh was just being respectful (perhaps overly respectful) by calling him sir i dont think we need to read to much into it.

as for sucking up, its show business, 10% show, 90% business there in it to make money kank made boat loads of money, not as much as maybe people thought but it did. agar hit hai thou fit hai.

as for karan working with the same big stars, wouldn't u want the biggest star (srk) in your movies if you were a director and srk close friend. even if sanjay doesnt use the SAME actors he does still use BIG actors, he used rani and amitabh for black not some unknowns, ash and salman for hum dil ja chuke sannam, srk, ash and maduri for devdas and despite using 2 newbies in his upcoming movie he still is using salman and rani.

so there is some repeat in stars AND big start are always used, its show business, 10% show, 90% business

So u think that Rakhi Sawant is in demand?😕Tell me how many big movies does Rakhi Sawant have on her platter? As far as HR goes, his music did have a soul in his earlier scores like Tere Naam etx. but his later scores suck big time. His nasal singing will soon go outr of fad. He is economizing on cost and quality by singing all his songs, making hsi own music and now producing, acting and directing his own films. Jack off all trades, master of none. See where all his SRGMP disciples are today?😕 Thanks tio his foolish and emotional behaviour he has sunk the career of Vineet and Himani by showering false praises on them when they should have been working hard and doing riyaz.
