tanvi, i agree emon has been consistent and he seems to be the closest and toughest competitor for Amit..others dont stand a chance unless they work very hard and maybe give some extraordinary magic in the upcoming rounds..but yes these two have very nice, relaxing , hear touching, and soothing voices. Amit especially has a little edge over Emon coz he has a unique voice and a unique kashish to his voice.
it feels very hard to say this but emon's voice resembles sonu a bit. sonu himself has set some standards that many voices can be similar to his. but there is only one successful sonu. so it will be difficult for emon or anyone else ( like aneek in sa re ga ma ) to break this barrier and create a niche of his own. this is where amit can score high. it is true that he sings udit narayan's songs but then he does not resemble his voice in any way. like today he sang a.r.rehman's song but in his own way. and he won over everyone's heart. but then emon too try to break out of his niche and sung shankar mahadevan's song. this is a very good attempt. if he continues to venture this way, in no time , amit and emon both will rule...this is completely my opinion and view and no bias to anyone...
