So at the end of the episode, Karishma is seen telling Sambhavna about her boyfriend, Rishab Choksi. And how he didn't used to send her love letters or did anything special on Diwali or her birthday and how important her birthday is for her. How their relationship they used to have so much fights.

Now, she is the one who's telling all these personal things to everybody now.
