This is just madness to show that someone who has undergone major surgery is already discharged and able to stand up straight and walk well.

if Sandhya is the donor then the Ratis have got almost everything from Sandhya. The have mentally abused her and now bhabo got part of Sandhya plus Some of Sandhya's blood.

Chavi and Meena got Sandhya; jewels. Now bhabo wants the rest of Sanndhya so that Sandhya can sort out the evi Chavi's problems.

The Ratis use and abuse Sandhya but Sandhya is very besotted with that horrible Suraj that she is unable to distinguish what is right and wrong.
