Present track of Humsafars shows that Zeenat is
creating problem for Shahir (Harshad Chopra) and
Aarzoo (Shivya Pathania) by pretending to be in
coma state.
After having lots of twists and turns, Shahir and
Aarzoo get time for romance but a mask person
interrupt them.
The mask person is none other than Shahir's first
wife Zeenat who does not want Shahir to get
close to Aarzoo.
Apart from this, Shahir gets shot by someone and
struggles between life and death in the hospital.
Doctor tells Aarzoo that Shahir might go into
coma. Aarzoo believes that Shahir would be back
to her.
Aarzoo prays to god that if her love is true then
Shahir will surely open her eyes.
Shahir finally opens his eyes for Aarzoo's love.

As far as we know the masked person has tried to attack Zeenat in the hospital, surely it can't be Zeenat herself! So far we have not seen any masked person in NH. 🤔 The only explanation could be Zeenat set it up so she can return to India.
