Ummm maybe i missed this in the book or something like that..
But who was the person who didnt do magic before and did it in the last book?
I keep thinking but i think i maybe missed that part..
So who was it?

I felt I missed that too, but come to think of it, it was not exactly magic, but yeah Mrs Weasley does duel with Bellatrix, and we have not been shown Mrs Weasley to actually even have cursed anyone before have we ? ( Correct me if I am wrong )

I don't think that ever happened..some said it was Dudley..but I think maybe what she meant to say was that people will do bigger magic..like what Molly Weasley did for Luna, Ginny & Hermy by killing Bellatrix..because usually, Molly's just doing magic around the house & here you see her throw a killing curse..

I think J.K. Rowling meant that someone will do magic, not real magic, but something that is not often done. Like Mrs. Weasley fought Bellatrix, and Dudley being nice to Harry...

Here is the reason -

Actually J.K.R had thought about that during the first 2 books..but after writing the Third book(Harry potter and the prisoner of Azkaban ..she discarded that idea.

Here's what J.K.R says
"My very earliest plan for the story involved somebody managing to get to Hogwarts when they had never done magic before, but I had changed my mind by the time I'd written the third book."
