Honestly speaking, I am all for Shagun and her Haq. Every woman deserves an equal chance to fight for her "haq" if she is not getting it. I also love how she has her son with her; every mother should. All in all, I am all for Shagun fighting for her Haq!
But what I do not understand is what is her haq.
She did not see a secure future for herself so she fought with her brother and left her husband-- her haq.
She sent a divorce notice not too long after leaving him-- Her haq
She chose to pursue a live-in relationship with her ex-husband's boss-- her haq.
She chose to keep custody of one of her child-- her haq
She fought for her other child (and lost) ... still her haq
In all of this, how is her broken relationship (that she broke) with her EX her haq? Especially after he remarried? even if he was unhappy, this relationship is NOT HER HAQ.
Now please remind me what is her haq-- other than leaving that house, but that is more of her farz than haq...
