I think this is Tanveer's way of paying Sanam for playing games with her beloved son Rehan...serves everyone involved right in a way I guess...except for Ahil ofcourse..since he doesn't know the twin truth...

What in the name of all things idiotic and height of stupidity were the smart twin thinking romancing Rehan in IM where all and sundry could see...Even if Tanveer didn't have her eye sight back even Khala Khalu could have easily seen and the same set up arranged by Tanveer...
But then lets just blame Sanam and Tanveer for this...
