Why are people annoyed with Shastriji? I completely agree with him - he, in spite of knowing that Minty hates Anu's guts, gets ready for bidaai. But when the character of all his daughters was called into question, he took a stand and said that his daughter won't go to such a house.

Love is important, as someone who has had a love marriage herself, I sympathize with Anu and Rajat. But if my mother-in-law was like Minty, I doubt my parents would have sent me to that house. It's normal and as far as I can see, right.

Rajat cannot correct his mother - till he can stand up for Anu publicly, I completely support Shastriji.

My view - no hard feelings. :)
