Why does bigg boss always choose biased person to be Sanchalak?

Apart from captains being sanchalak, whenever bigg boss chooses anyone randomly to be a sanchalak it is always a biased person. Pritam, Upen... why? What is the funda?

he is pretty much useful in only thing and that's doing his fumbles with his "best friends" and "sisters"... maybe he should just stick to that instead of trying to get useful in some other way.
