Delays in completing a housing project are common. So when you hear of a real estate firm actually handing over the keys of the apartments to their buyers much before the stipulated time, it is sure to have you pleasantly surprised.

That's exactly what the celebrations in Lucknow were about when Casa Greens, located on VIP Road, Udhyan Khand, was completed well in time.

Naveen Goel, MD, Radha Krishna Group, who had floated the project, said, "Our only motive is to give quality construction and on time delivery. To control the quality and the delivery timelines, we have an in house construction company .

We have never done a launch part, instead we hosted a party on the possession for our project Casa Greens." So, actors Dilip Joshi and Disha Vakhani of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah were invited to handover the keys of the flats to the proud owners.

Once Dilip and Disha arrived, the guests happily received the keys to the proud owners. Everyone wanted a picture with the actors, and Dilip and Disha obliged everyone with a click. They also mimicked their onscreen characters on various requests.

The actors also launched brochures for Casa Greens projects other parts of the state.

The celebrations didn't stop there. The guests then enjoyed a musical treat with a Mata Ki Chowki by popular devotional singer Narendra Chanchal.
