Upen and Karishma was in same group from the very start and hence they supported each other in everything but if you can recall there was no any romantic angle or even close friendship in them at all.. Karishma was close to Diandra and Aarya.. whereas Upen was close to Soni and Sushant.. even Upen and Diandra had some close moments too..

After Diandra evicted, Upen thought about changing his game plan and introduced his mad man avatar to instigate Gautam.. it last for one week.. but in WKW Salman told him that this strategy to stay in the game will totally damage his image and when he'll go out in real world then no one will be ready to work with a person of this image.. so its good for him that he should give some *other* type of Entertainment..

Right after that day, we saw him confessing his love for Karishma on which Karishma as a bit surprised, bit smiling and bit annoyed.. but overall she was not taking him seriously.. but Dimpy was enjoying that funny romantic teasing of Upen a lot.. similarly here on board I've seen many people saying that Upen's this avatar is much more worth watching.. so Upen took Salman's advice and decided to give that OTHER form of Entertainment by starting showmance with Karsihma..

When he was evicted then it was confirmed to him that UpMa was the best thing that he did in the show.. so God knows how he managed to get this another chance to milk this UpMa thing to stay as long as he can.. I'm not sure about Karishma but Upen is defintely not truthful in this relation at all..

It was when he started calling her sister. When Upen Patel calls you sister you better be scared.

It was when he started getting possessive about her and it started annoying her. He even told her that you affect me and kept talking cryptically. She just like the audience barely understood what he was saying and kept asking him. But Upen kept mumbling incoherently as usual. I think it was during the psycho Upen phase. He was evicted soon after.

Pritam asked UP about how he realised he is in love with KT. He was saying that when you stay with a person 24 x 7 you see the good and the bad side of a person. Pritam added that when a boy and girl date they always show their best side to the opposite person but when you live witha person inside a house (cut off from the world) with all these tasks and situations you get to know a person completely.

Pritam asked whether UP liked KT from the beginning. UP said no. i never saw her that way. she was becoming a good friend but nothing more than that. But a week or 2 before he got evicted he started realising he feels differently for her and then when he left BB he realised how much he missed her and was in love with her. He said he had 2 choices but then LF muted :(

Later Pritam asked him has KT said Yes. He said well I have told her how I feel and she has a few things to take care off outside (bf). when Pritam probed about KT's bf and the situation. UP was a little hesitant but kinda put it out that in the beginning few weeks of Bigg Boss when UP and KT were becoming good friends, KT did mention that her relation with her bf was more 1 sided. as in she was putting in more efforts into the relationship as compared to her bf. Then LF muted again. Again when Pritam asked UP whether KT has said Yes? He said I will take an answer before I leave from here :)

Bang on. To provide other type of entertainment he started this massive cringeworthy torture. To top it all he came back n karishma fell for him...or is told by BB or upen to pretend that...or whatever. I am amazed that some people r finding this cute n romantic. I mean really?

I think he didn't want Karishma to hang out or talk to anyone else since he considered them all as their enemies. Especially Pritam who has been linked to Karishma (for fun) several times.

Uppie baby is bound to get jealous right?

Perhaps Ajaz gave him the idea when he told them that the audience are linking them together.
