bleach is basically a chemical used to lighten ur skin or facial hair.. its not recommended to be done frequently as it harms the actual skin color.. people also use it to make deir facial hair similar to their skin color so the hair become less visible..

face pack on other hand is jus to clean the skin and close ur pores and sooth it.. maybe give a glow as well..

what wrong in that even they have right to take care for their skin and personally jay to i do facial for my hubby. face packs are not for makeup but to tone your skin which get sun burned and as actor they have to face 4000 watt light to face camera , how i know because i myself have face these cameras while shooting .
