Upen promised to wine and dine with Karishma Tanna around the world, and take her to places and do things. However I'm not confident that they are going anywhere, not so fast, not so soon. Few logical challenges are staring right back at them.
Indian Passport: Karishma Tanna has a indian passport hence she is not on a schengen or visa waiver benefits to visit the countries Upen promised. While it is possible for Upen to travel visa free to many of the destinations including New York I do not see this possible for Karishma. To travel around you need a proof of assets and a purpose of visit. Being in love isn't good enough.
Financial constraints: Even if Upen can break his piggy bank and scoop it upside down I doubt he will come up with much. It means he would have to rely on Karishma Tanna's funding to wine and dine her on her own dime. Now considering how selfish and materialistic Tanna is I doubt she is running to her bank anytime soon to cash out her savings.
External contacts: It was one thing to be a freeloader and crash at Arya's mansion in Juhu but I doubt they have enough contacts in the cities mentioned that are too eager to host them and fed them. Upen himself does not have good relations in Mumbai so on what basis is he hoping that he can become a distinguished guest for non resident Indians who are too busy paying off their mortages, worrying about their schedules and busting their ass. Nobody has free time like he does.
So all in all I call his bluff on this. He is a pheku No 1.
