Epi starts with Shobha mulling over her resignation and she shares her dilemna about this with Mahesh and Vikram overhears there conversation .Shobha later arrives in Viks cabin to talk business and he accusses her of lying and says how he thought she was different and valued her work but she has rather made her work and the office and them all a joke .Vik is super mad with her and her decision to leave and he tells how the office doesnt need Shobha and can function well without her and it has in the past and he finally asks her to leave and she does
Shobha is her cabin thinks about her resignation and says how this is the best for the relationship she shares with Vikram and for the fact that she is giving her marriage to samarth another chance as she would never like people to question her or Viks or their relationship ever and that she would never like if Vik is insulted questioned or targeted because of her and her political connect.
Sarika accidently meets up with Nani and Nahi bajaoes her solid
Samarth asks his mom for her support so that he can win over shobhas love back and his mom finally gives into his wish and decides to support him and asks him to never break Shobha's trust or heart again .
Viks comes to shobhas cabin and hands her the termination letter and says she is free to go and doesnt have to fulfil normal leaving notice obligations.
Garu's SIL tries is jealous of her pregnancy and tries to harm garu via fruit juice/smoothie but Saurav saves the day and even exposes his wife .
Shobha is back home with the employee of the month trophy and rehaan is ecstatic to see it and shows it off proudly to Samarth .
At Viks home ,Nani comes to know of Shobha having left the job and she sunaos Vik as to how he was mahaan and asked Shobha to go back to Samarth and now he is being insaan and thus the agitation and frustration and hearing this Vik leaves and goes back to office
Samarth sets up a dinner date with Shobha and Sarika and maataji are all set to leave and Shobha wants to accompany them but Sarika and co say how S-S shud spend time alone tog and maataji gives advice to Samarth as to how he shud value his loved ones else he will lose his value and all and Shobha finally telss all how she has quit the job and sarika is happy and Samarth says how he wants Shobha to be happy etc and Shobha tells how this job meant so much for her bec it gave her a certain sense of schievement and self identity and that it made her realize her own capability and worth and Samarth tells her that she wants she can continue with her job as he only wants her happiness and Sarika devi is not happy 😆
