What does Prakash know about Gayathri's scheme of usurping JHV? Does he even know the link between auto Shankar and Gayathri?

All he knows is Gayathri is planning to separate him from his wife.

Did I miss something?

He knows about Gayu's scheme and he understood that's why Gayu is trying to separate them and to keep JHV in her hand and she can easily emmatufy them to get the properties. Even before the marriage he knows everything about Gayu but no one believed him

but now he didn't know about the case is near to end

First jhv persons all knows gayathri worse things against prakash but he demolished her evil things then after she weared nallava mask all believed gayathri very much even prakash raised questions against her in front of family...poor jhv peoples!
