To me it looks genuine.. After 3 months of supporting each other fighting with each other comforting each other. When everyone, including salmaan bashes karishma for everything she does... Mot to mention the ridicule she faced.. If she found one person who cared and made her stronger.. Like in the 2nd hijack task... Why not!

Its not like karishma jumped in bed day 1 of meeting him. They got to know each other as friends first! And she did keep him at arm's length. Who knows how a person would feel or fall for.. In any given circumstances.
