If there is a client and the person "handling" the client has taken a few days off or is getting married does that mean no one else would handle the "client"? they keep saying "your job you need to handle it" all the time.
What is the use of appointing her in that job.Others also might be busy in their own job.😊.All of a sudden an employee wants to take off.Its no so easy to arrange things immediately.😊

Also Akshara says that the client "made up their mind" that Karishma's way of working is something they are "not going to like" How fair is that?
They are working in a company of people.Criticisms are always there

If their clients are so important to them then should not the "Maheshwaris" make some arrangement to retain them?

Why blame Karishma and dismiss her? and then Akshara is so tough saying Karishma "should realize" her "mistake" What good would it do to any one? Akshara looks funny when she says that. Kind of weird. I wonder why

It can bring benefits to the company and improve the work culture

Karishma with all her "nakhras" has earned everybody's displeasure and now she is being treated like this she does not get any sympathy.

She should do away with these behaviours😊

On top of that Devyani also is opinionated. So many times Karishma gets pulled up by her saas. for so many things.
