I think its all rumors. First of all there is no reliable source who's saying Upen paid money to get into the house. I don't see that at all. Upen doesn't have that kind of money. In this social media age everything gets exaggerated. Maybe BB decided to bring Upen back and he decided to use this opportunity to confess his love for Karishma.
