May be i have gone into Arzoo mode and can't quite differentiate between the good and bad Sahir anymore (!), but i honestly felt that Sahir was being really honest about the paternity results 😕...i mean, usually when he is lying, we the audience know he is telling lies, but Arzoo may not...but in todays episode, the way he was saying, yes, i may have lied, but i did it will full honour and the way he said this is all true...i mean, i was pretty convinced to be honest...and then his confusing talk with Zaki on the web of games and whether Zaki can convince Arzoo of 'his' truth...what did he mean by that? I am not sure if it was clear that all of this was a lie.
I don't know guys...daal me kuch kala hai...i am starting to feel Zaki is not as innocent as he is making himself out to be...i wonder if he did make Sam pregnant, then fell in love with Arzoo and just doesn't want to take the responsibility, just as Sahir said...
The other worry i have is Sahir is doing so many incorrect things, that putting aside my partiality towards the gorgeous SAC, if i just look at his actions, even though i completely agree with the end result, faking his brothers paternity result or even threatening to kill Arzoo's family? I mean, who does things like that? And would you want to be married to someone like that?
I am worried about how they will redeem Sahir from all these unforgivable crimes. ok, chalo, up to paternity test i can understand as perhaps it was the only thing Arzoo would listen to, but burning her family? Yeh kya hai yaar? Kuch doosra story nahi mila kya? I think Myra's fees should have been enough to convince her if the amount was substantial enough.
So unless it turns out that Zaki was indeed lying about the paternity test, i am not sure how they can turn around Sahir's character in Arzoo's eyes. Even finding out Zeenats betrayal, doesn't neccesarily justify this sort of behaviour.
I really really hope the makers have an ace up their sleeve 😕
So to end on a positive note, apart from the storyline giving me a migrain, just focusing on the episode alone, i too adored Harshad Chopra's performance as Sahir today. He behaved just as i would expect Sahir to. He walked in to the Nikaah, tore down the curtain, took hold of his womans' hand (pls note it was the hand and not wrist or arm) and with absolute authority whisked her off without a single person, including Arzoo herself, doing anything to stop it. It was as if, Arzoo was half expecting this to happen and actually didn't mind!!
And then when he starts talking to her...the way he nearly tells her, yes you are marrying him only because you think he is an honest man because i know...(i know you love me)...so he also indicates this is actually the main reason he is stopping this silliness.
Finally the way he mockingly says 'nafrat'...it was kind of like 'yeah right darling, you hate me my foot'...i think he knows Arzoo so well that he realises that right now, she is so hurt, that all reasoning has left her and all decisions she is making (including ditching Zaki based on Sahir's words and evidence) just shows what a vulnerable mental state she is currently in. And i think he wants to marry her, to protect her in a funny kind of way. because he knows how fragile she is at the moment.
Also interesting that Zara and Myra overheard Alvira say that 'you all know the state Zeenat is in'...i wonder if this will be fed back to Arzoo somehow...
