Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya (Prem Ratan Dhan Payo)
Salman is undoubtedly Sooraj Barjatya's favourite actor. After giving a hat-trick of sorts in the 90s, starting with Maine Pyar Kiya (1989), Hum Aapke Hai Kaun (1994) followed by Hum Saath Saath Hai (1999), he's back again with Salman Khan after 15 long years. The jodi returns in Sooraj's trademark family oriented style of filmmaking in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Salman will play his most loved character, Prem once again. This one looks huge and is surely going to amaze the masses this Diwali.
Salman Khan and Kabir Khan (Bagrangi Bhaijaan)
Salman's first YRF film was Kabir Khan's Ek Tha Tiger (2012), which shattered box-office records. Since then Salman and Kabir have shared good comradeship. Salman will be seen in Kabir's next titled Bagrangi Bhaijaan opposite Kareena Kapoor.
Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Leela Bhansali (Bajirao Mastani)
Sanjay Leela Bhansali had the script of much-touted Bajirao Mastani has finally gone on floors. His original choices for it were Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor. But things didn't work out back then and a decade later SLB is finally working on his much-delayed project with his Ram- Leela jodi, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone along with Priyanaka Chopra. Ranveer even went bald for this historical role.
Ranbir Kapoor has always considered his Rockstar (2011) director, Imtiaz Ali a very close friend. They reunite once again in Tamasha, in which he is paired opposite ex-flame Deepika Padukone. The director who has aced making hatke love stories is sure to offer us something new with this hit pair
Ranbir Kapoor and Anurag Basu (Jagga Jasoos)
The extraordinary jodi of Ranbir Kapoor and Anurag Basu that enthralled the viewers with Barfi (2012) comes back this year with Jagga Jasoos. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor's alleged beau Kartina Kaif. Their chemistry is to watch out for.

After Special 26 (2013) garnered much critical acclaim, Akshay Kumar will again be seen in an intense role with director Neeraj Pandey in Baby. This action-packed film promises to be an interesting watch.
Hrithik Roshan and Ashutosh Gowariker (Mohenjo Daro)
Ashutosh Gowariker's magnum opus, Mohenjo Daro features Hrithik Roshan and newcomer Pooja Hegde in lead roles and also marks the directors second collaboration with Hrithik. Remember the magic the director-actor duo created in Jodhaa-Akbar (2008)? Weren't you left spellbound? We hope Mohenjo Daro is bigger and better.
The hit brother-sister duo has collaborated once again in Zoya's heavyweight ensemble cast film, Dil Dhadakne Do. May it be writing dialogue, acting or production, Farhan has been an integral part of his sister's projects and has always proved to be her lucky charm. Case in point: Luck By Chance, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara
Amitabh Bachchan and R.Balki (Shamitabh)
After giving hits like Cheeni Kum (2007) and Paa (2009), R.Balki and Amitabh Bachchan join forces once again in Shamitabh. Shamitabh is a unique story of rivalry between two artists, one a mute actor and the other his voice over artist. It's an interesting concept on paper. Let's wait and watch how the duo spells magic on-screen.
Akshay Kumar and Prabhu Deva (Singh Is Bling)
Prabhu Deva's second directorial venture, Rowdy Rathore (2010) was one of the most unexpected hits of that year. The film earned over 100 crores at the box-office. Prabhudeva is known for his south remakes that are filled with dollops of action. After his last two films (R..Rajkumar (2013) and Action Jackson (2014) that which failed to set the cash registers ringing, we're hoping the best for Singh is Bling that releases later this year.
