I'm sure that green eyed woman is Sara only. I think this track has been brought bcos of the previous track shown in the village where Vikrant throws a poisonous snake on Simar but it falls on Sid n it bites him. But the villagers brought serpeant who forced the snake to suck the poison from his body. It might be possible that the snake might have died after that n this ichhadhari nagin is that snake's wife. She has come to BH to take revenge. Or after sucking the poison, the snake's age had been transferred to Sid n hence Sara has become his wife now. There was a Hindi movie(don't remember the movie name) starring Sridevi n Sunny Deol where this track was shown.

I think it might be Jhanvi the green eyed lady because on the 10/01/2015 to 12/01/2015from the first date 10/01/2015 episode, if you watch the episode carefully and you will get a bit doubt on Jhanvi and 12/01/2015 episode It kind of clearly shows that Jhanvi might the green eyed lady, for me is Jhanvi.
