It's a tragedy, well sort of, so don't expect anything romantic, its the first time I wrote a tragedy, there is a reason behind my writing so, if you don't like tragedy, don't read this. The story is a bit weird but anyway, I hope not to disappointing
"I am so happy, my sister Bulbul is getting married to the love of her life. Yet I feel pain... No no no selfish Pragya, don't cry, it's a happy occation. Be strong" thought Pragya.
Everyone is dancing and singing, it's such a wonderful day, the weather is great, the atmosphere just couldn't be better. The whole Arora family was singing and dancing, they have never been so carefree. Abhi is truly behaving like a child, a happy child who is joyful because his best friend is getting married.
Aliyah, the girl obsessed with Puran finally realized that life is too short, sometimes you just have to move on before it's too late. Letting go of the anger the resentment will make you feel free like a bird.
Tanu is behaving as usual fake and dumb but that is nothing new. She tries to talk to Abhi who is too busy. He just ignores her.
Yet the person who should be the happiest amongst all seems to be observing the whole function. Pragya a woman who is faced so many difficulties in her life is unable to join in. It's unfortunate that no one notices that she is not really herself today, maybe they never did despite how much they love her. They see her tears and think that they are happy tears, they see her standing not dancing because they believe she isn't really into dancing.
The real reason behind her behaviour is unknown to everyone except for herself. She has cancer and is dying, she has reached stage 4. Stage 4 is the worst. It usually represents cancer that has spread from its original location and the doctor informed her that it can't be cured. It's a little too late for her to start the treatment. Pragya found everything in her life but a little to late. How could she not realize before that she was getting ill? The answer is obvious, she couldn't tell when she felt pain, it's something she felt her whole life. It sounds riduculous but it's her reality.
What will happen to her family? Well Bulbul is getting married and Dadi has Abhi and Aliyah. And Abhi will probably have Tannu but will probably realize how vain and dumb she is. Probably a little too late.
The truth will come out but probably a little too late. Pragya could have lived if she could differ emotional and physical pain but it's definetly too late.
"Hey Di stop crying, enough of the happy tears! Dance with me, you won't get that chance again" shouted Bulbul. She will realize how true that Statement is but probably a little too late.
"I am coming, you are right I won't get the chance to dance again and I don't want to be too late anymore" said Pragya smiling.
Ok I think that is the END.
I am sorry for posting this, I am a bit crazy. This is a oneshot and it has nothing to do with the song.
