Back Together

Sanyukta's Pov

I broke up with him dissolving our three months of togetherness n fell into an abyss where no emotion ccould penetrate..!! I smiled at my worthless future as my heart kept imbibing all the distress n darkness around, leaving me stone hearted... My stupid soul couldn't stop mourning as he didn't my decision of ending US n it felt as if he sprinkled salt over my bleeding wound..!! My system got paralyzed in the very same place where he cheated on me by kissing that girl inside his dorm...She never left his skin sticking to him like glue n he didn't seem to give a damn about me after that fateful day n I miserably failed in getting back to normal...

A month rolled away like a decade n he came to me all teary eyed n fell upon my feet screeching that he couldn't live without me..!! "I was trapped..Please believe me Sanyukta..!!! I want us BACK TOGETHER !!", he shrieked. I turned a deaf ear to all of his meaningless justifications n literally spat on his face that I didn't need him anymore..!! I whizzed into my dorm n locked up myself as the lacrimal secretions made their way out of my orbs, wondering about what made him do that..!! What if I give him a chance n he leaves me all alone again?? I'll surely die this time hopeless like an emotional fool..!!

I walked into the mechanical lab a day later n felt his gaze stinging my frame n it took all my might not to look at him with flooded emotions..!! He suddenly hugged me from behind n I didn't have it in me anymore to push him away...I turned around to look at him n my heart started to throb at the speed of light..!! His face all pale just like mine n he slowly whispered into my ears, sending tremors down my spine that he'd never leave me again..!! "You shouldn't be trusting him bloody!!", my mind yelled. But my love for him engulfed it all..!!!

"I LOVE YOU", I wailed with a tinge of hope n in the next moment, he scrunched my bones in his embace..His warmth numbed all my pain n agony..Our lips danced into a kiss n I closed my eyes feeling the bliss of my life..!!!
