Well, Shilpi, this is the way I understand.

As of now that's where Arzoo's understanding is with respect to Sahir. Ever since he confessed he faked his love, told her he was married, called her a two-timer and revealed about the bet with Zaki, she has come to the conclusion that Sahir is a liar and cheat.

Since that day she has taunted him with this 'Jhootha' word many times, and so the same continues.

Also because she thinks it a marriage that has no love in it, it's more like a deal they made, so it can't be real, right?
